1. Your project warranty
The warranty period for each product or service is the period stated on your accepted quotation, invoice, handover document or manufacturer warranty. Different components may carry different periods. If no separate written commercial warranty is stated, your rights under applicable UAE law still apply.
2. Fabric and lining
Where covered in the project documents, the warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing faults in the supplied fabric or lining. It does not normally cover expected fading from strong sunlight, gradual wear, shrinkage or damage from incorrect cleaning, moisture, mould, pets, pests, sharp objects, heat, chemicals or use outside the product instructions. Natural slubs, weave variation and reasonable dye-lot or texture differences are characteristics rather than automatic defects.
3. Stitching and workmanship
Covered workmanship concerns may include failed seams, detached headings or other construction faults arising under normal use during the stated period. Minor settling, fold training, transport creasing and reasonable dimensional tolerances may be corrected through aftercare and are assessed individually.
4. Tracks, rods and accessories
Covered faults may include failure of supplied tracks, carriers, brackets, control components or accessories under normal use, subject to the stated product warranty. Damage caused by impact, overloading, pulling at an angle, unauthorised alteration, building movement, water ingress, unsuitable customer structures or third-party work is excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Blinds
Blind coverage is assessed by component, including fabric, headrail, chain or control, brackets and bottom bar. Fraying or damage caused by obstructions, wind through an open window, improper rolling, unsafe handling, excessive force or failure to keep the blind clear is not a manufacturing fault.
6. Motors, controls and smart-home equipment
Motors, remotes, hubs and control accessories are covered for the manufacturer or project period stated in your documents. Batteries and consumable items may have different or limited coverage. Internet availability, Wi-Fi conditions, third-party platforms, customer electrical work and software or service changes outside our control are not covered as motor defects. Do not force a motorized treatment by hand unless the approved system specifically supports it.
7. Installation workmanship
Installation coverage applies for the stated period to confirmed faults in our installation work. It does not cover concealed conditions we could not reasonably identify, movement or failure of the building substrate, leaks, unauthorised adjustment, electrical work outside our scope, or later work by another contractor. Contact us before removing or altering installed hardware so that the issue can be assessed safely.
8. Care responsibilities
- Operate curtains and blinds smoothly and keep their travel path clear.
- Follow the fabric care label and obtain specialist cleaning advice where appropriate.
- Do not machine wash, steam, iron or apply chemicals unless expressly suitable for the material.
- Keep chains, cords and controls secured and use them responsibly around children and pets.
- Replace control batteries appropriately and report unusual noise, resistance or movement promptly.
- Do not dismantle, reprogram, relocate or repair products without suitable guidance.
9. Making a claim
Email us with your name, property area, invoice or order reference, installation date, a clear description and photographs or video. Stop using the item if continued operation could cause damage or a safety risk. We may troubleshoot remotely first and may need reasonable access to inspect the product.
10. Assessment and remedy
We will assess whether the concern relates to a covered product fault, installation, maintenance, misuse, accidental damage, site condition or third-party system. A valid claim may be resolved by adjustment, re-performance, repair, replacement or another remedy required by applicable law. Replacement fabric or components may vary slightly where the original batch or model is unavailable.
11. Chargeable support
We will explain any proposed inspection, call-out, alteration, cleaning, consumable, accidental-damage or out-of-warranty charge before chargeable work begins. Work should not be assumed to be covered until the cause and applicable warranty have been assessed.
