A documented specification
Commercial quotations identify room or window references, treatment type, fabric, colour, control, fixing assumptions and installation scope. When compliance characteristics such as fire performance are required, they must be stated before material approval so suitable documentation can be requested from the relevant manufacturer. We do not claim a certification that has not been supplied for the selected product.
Samples, mock-ups or a first-area approval can reduce variation on larger projects.
Survey and coordination
We coordinate measurements with completed site conditions and flag dependencies such as ceiling pockets, backing, power, access equipment, work permits and operating hours. Measurements taken before final finishes may need confirmation.

Phasing, installation and handover
Installation can be planned by zone or agreed sequence. Access, storage, protection and disposal requirements are confirmed in the proposal. At handover we check alignment and operation, identify any snag items and provide relevant care or manufacturer information.

Do you work from drawings or a window schedule?
Yes, for an initial budget or scope review. Final manufacture normally requires confirmed site dimensions and completed fixing conditions.
Can you provide product compliance documents?
Where a selected manufacturer provides relevant test or compliance documentation, we can request it. Required standards must be stated before product approval.
Can installations be completed outside normal hours?
Potentially, subject to access, building rules, labour planning and the agreed quotation.
Do you provide motorized systems for commercial projects?
Yes, when dimensions, loads, power, controls and integration responsibilities are confirmed. Third-party BMS or smart-system integration requires early coordination.
Do you cover Sharjah and Ajman projects?
Selected projects can be covered by agreement. Survey, delivery and installation availability is confirmed against location and scope.
